To showcase our clients Japanese operations and presence in Japan, the company’s country of origin, all whilst sharing a global sporting event moment at the Rugby World Cup 2019, of which the client was the headline sponsor.
idea
As the client has several different divisions, they wanted to take several different groups to Japan where their HQ and factories are based to show their most valued partners how they operate in their country of origin. They also wanted to highlight future strategies and give the participants the chance to experience something new in Japan. The groups were also given VIP hospitality access to the The Rugby World Cup 2019 for a truly unforgettable experience.

The client received all round exceptional feedback from all participants and wanted to continue the positive ROI with more trips the following year. There was a travel issue with one of the groups following Typhoon Hagibis, however JTBE were able to act quickly and managed to repatriate all participants within 48 hours.
